1. about a nomadic kingdom
I copied two models of old “buildings” when visiting the Pitt River Museum in 2021. I was urged to write a short story about building a nomadic kingdom by somebody from scratch, but I didn’t figure out what the lineage of the people should be.
Several months ago, I thought it could be a combination of Vikings and ancient Babylonians, but now I’ve changed my mind and set them on Fiji. This idea was inspired by a trip to the National Museum in Scotland. They had fascinating exhibitions of what exactly I needed.
Will write about more ideas another day.
